Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Bubs & Birdie Golf Co. purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us at bubsbirdiegolfco@aol.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy above.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size.
